For from [Christ's] fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. John 1:16

I've always known the meaning of grace as God giving us what we don't deserve. Or, as beautifully put, grace is God's favor toward the unworthy. In His grace, we are forgiven and abundantly blessed, saved and adopted as children. All these gifts and more for free, nothing owed in return, although we do not deserve to be treated so well or dealt with so generously. When one truly grasps and personally experiences God's grace, the heart's response is worship and gratitude.

Earlier this year, my dad passed away. As much as we wanted to be there for my mom, we couldn't make it. It was heartbreaking to grieve from afar. Thankfully, my sisters, brother, and their families were there. Friends and family back home were our solace and strength, and we were comforted as we mourned. My dad's life was honored and celebrated; he is deeply missed. As believers, we have peace knowing that he is now with our Creator.

Grace upon grace, we are blessed by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our ministry is slowly growing. People come and go, but the Lord sits sovereignly on His throne. Our children are a constant reminder of God's grace, patience, and lovingkindness. They are our heritage, and our most important task is to lead them to the Lord, among other things. Bryan's job remains a blessing. He is working full-time with a dedicated team that serves the city of Alturas.

We pray you are all doing well in the Lord. Despite temptation, trials, and bad news, by the grace of God, we press on. We are richly blessed, we have Christ, and that is the good news.

Let us know how you are doing and how we can pray for you. As you think of us, pray for us as well. We appreciate you all.

Grace upon grace, let us worship our God and give Him thanks!

You make known to me the path of life, In your presence there is fullness of joy. At your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16.11

Glorious Christmas and a Blessed 2026!
